The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m.

Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, Lediju (arrived at 6:30 p.m.), Matias (arrived at 5:10 p.m.), and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: Acting City Manager Haen, City Attorney Nebb, Deputy City Clerk Joya, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Manager Conley, and Human Resources Director Sifuentes
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:04 p.m.
