1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, Matias (arrived at 5:05 p.m.), and Palmares (arrived during Closed Session)
Absent: Councilmember Lediju
Staff present: Interim City Manager Black, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, Assistant City Managers Conley and Haen, Assistant Finance Director Cruz, and Risk Manager Sarkis
The Council convened into Closed Session at 5:03 p.m.
Mayor Sorce and Councilmember Gordon recused themselves from Closed Session Items C and D as they are representing the Vallejo Flood and Wastewater District in their official capacity as Board of Trustee member.
