1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, Lediju (arrived during Closed Session), Matias, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: Interim City Manager Black, City Clerk Abrahamson, Aida Macedo (Colibri Law & Policy), Ashley Emerzian (Emerzian Law Group PC), and Michelle Sasano (Aleshire & Wynder, LLP).
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:47 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — THREAT OF LITIGATION Significant Exposure to Litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): 1 Case - Mayor's Demand for Defense
Counsel/Indemnification/Litigation Hold

The Council reconvened in Open Session at 8:41 p.m.
Vice Mayor Matulac reported that Council provided direction to its special counsel and no further action to report.

The meeting adjourned at 8:41 p.m.
