1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, and Palmares
Absent: Councilmembers Lediju and Matias
Staff present: Interim City Manager Black, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner and City Clerk Abrahamson
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ALESHIRE & WYNDER, LLP
Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving a legal services agreement for Aleshire & Wynder, LLP to provide special counsel legal services relating to a personnel complaint.

Assistant City Manager Conley reviewed the purpose of the item and recommendation.
Action: moved by Vice Mayor Matulac and carried unanimously by members present to adopt Resolution No. 25-077 N.C. (Absent: Lediju and Matias).
