1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, Matias (arrived at 5:35 p.m.), and Palmares (arrived at 5:33 p.m.)
Absent: Councilmember Lediju
Staff present: Interim City Manager Black, Chief Assistant Risner, City Attorney Assistant Nebb, and Assistant City Attorney Knight
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:32 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Existing Litigation Pursuant to California Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1): Leitzke v. City of Vallejo, Solano County Superior Court, Case No. CU23-02170
B. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation Pursuant to California Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1): Kroll v. City of Vallejo, Solano County Superior Court, Case No. CU25-10022.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
