1. Consideration of a Resolution Making Required Findings to Allow City Council and all of its Subordinate Bodies to Meet Remotely Pursuant Assembly Bill 361

RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a Resolution making findings in accordance with Assembly Bill 361 and Government Code Section 54953(e), confirming the need for remote teleconference meetings of the City Council and all subordinate bodies of the City of San Buenaventura. Resolution titled:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BUENAVENTURA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING REMOTE
TELECONFERENCE MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND
ALL CITY SUBORDINATE BODIES OF THE CITY OF SAN
BUENAVENTURA IN ACCORDANCE WITH AB 361 AND
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54953(e)."
