Recommendation
Approve Operating Account Warrant Register No. 182, for the period of August 16, 2026 through August 29, 2026, totaling $13,602,736.68 and consisting of ratification of electronic payments totaling $13,312,732.01 and ratification of the issuance of early checks totaling $290,004.67.
Background
Vernon Municipal Code Section 2.32.060 indicates the City Treasurer, or an authorized designee, shall prepare warrants covering claims or demands against the City which are to be presented to City Council for its audit and approval. Pursuant to the aforementioned code section, the City Treasurer has prepared Operating Account Warrant Register No. 182 covering claims and demands presented during the period of August 16, 2026 through August 29, 2026, drawn, or to be drawn, from East West Bank for City Council approval.
