City Council Regular Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the January 18, 2022 City Council Meeting will be held utilizing teleconference only.
Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 54953 (as amended by AB 361) which authorizes teleconferenced meetings under the Brown Act during certain proclaimed states of emergency, this Meeting will be conducted utilizing teleconference and electronic means and will not be physically open to the public. Members of the public can observe the meeting using Zoom or YouTube and can participate in and provide public comment via ZOOM by following the instructions below.

Public Comments: Participants are invited to address the Council during the public comment period, which has been moved to the beginning of the meeting in accordance with new policy approved by the Council on March 16, 2021. This action was taken to make it easier and more convenient for members of the public to comment on agendized and/or non-agendized topics at the beginning of the meeting rather than having to wait hours to comment. Public comments will be no longer than three minutes per community member. Should a speaker conclude their comments prior to the expiration of three minutes, the speaker waives the right to speak for any remaining amount of time. You may also email comments to [email protected]. by 4 p.m. the day of the meeting to be distributed to City Council.
