Considering there are three
new Gas Stations on Nisqualli Road Between Mariposa and 11th Ave. I don’t think the Traffic Increase have been taken into consideration. I have lived on Nisqualli Road for 28 years it very difficult and time delaying to both enter and exit my driveway. Not to mention very dangerous when making a left turn! Adding additional apartment would
increase the crime rate. I have already made
substantial and costly safety measures.

NO MORE APARTMENTS!

HOMES WOULD BE BETTER PEOPLE THATV WOULD CARE ABOUT THERE PROPERTY.

Thank You
