Detailed Scope of Work
1. Necessary General requirements during the construction of project up to 7/31/2022 (approx. 4 months from NTP) included.
a. Temporary Fences, Dumpsters, SWPPP& Erosion Control Implementation and QSP Inspection
b. Survey will be included as necessary: CMC will provide survey for design + Angeles will provide survey for finish grade

2. Earthwork
a. Includes Demolition and Site Clearing
b. Includes Rough & Finish Grading
c. Includes 10,000 CY of soils export only. Any additional excess dirt generated from excavation and grading will be stockpiled within the project site. d. Excludes any excavation, trenching, backfill & compaction for Phase II wo rk
3. Wet + Dry Utilities (On & Off-site)
a. Include all underground Utilities – Water, Sewer, Storm Drain, Fire & Gas b. Include irrigation main related scope, but this does not include irrigation lines in landscape plan

c. Include Secondary Sewer line scope from VVWRA (362 LF only & No new manhole and tie-ins to existing

d. Utilities are up to POC of each modular building(s)
e. No utility scope of work for Dog Kennel since the design is not done yet.

b. Exclude all off-site electrical scope, due to missing SCE design Clarifications & Exclusions
· All Phase II Work (Scope of Work not included above) including Dog Kennel relocation excluded.
· Any RFI & its response from 3/4/22 are excluded except for RFI Response # 40 with using 24” ABS SDR 35 pipe in lieu of 24” RCP
· No compaction at retention basin.
· General lift station will be excluded from Phase 1.
· Grease Interceptor will be excluded from Phase 1.
· Phase 1 scope of work is based on 3rd submittal set of drawings issued by Architect / Engineer on
3/1/22.
· Approximate duration for Phase 1 is 120 days from NTP issuance. Estimated dates of construction for Phase 1: April 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022. Schedule to be provided by Contractor for construction activity details.
