Hello,
My name is Jamil Tucker, and I currently live in the city of Victorville. I am leasing a home from the Victor Valley Resource Center(VVFRC) who to my knowledge has a grant from you which covers my $2,800/month rent at• CA 92395. When I moved in 1 was also paying the $2,800/month rent, but have fell behind the past few months. I was given multiple 3 Day Pay or Quit notices but did not have no where to go. I decided to go thru the eviction process, but instead of evicting me properly and most important legally Sharon Green decided to tell my Probation Officer information that wasn't true resulting in my arrest(7-20-23) until the matters were cleared up in Court.
Knowing I was never evicted and all of my clothes and belongings were at home when I was released 8-25-23 I returned to my house. I was immediately harassed by VVFRC and threatened. My furniture, money, and personal items were taken. My Probation officer was called again. My electricity and water was cut off, and I still can not get the water cut on unless VVFRC agrees to have it turned back on which they refuse to do. The water company and Property Manager both said | have to go thru VVFRC.
I am trying to get this issue resolved and be able to live at my home in the peace state law allows.
Please let me know of anything I can do.
