Recommendation:
That the City Council and Board of Directors ratify Payroll Demand Schedule No. 4B for Payroll Period October 13, 2023, through October 27, 2023, in the amount of $2,110,782.47 covering Check Nos. 33699 through 33729, including Vendor checks.
Please note employee Check No. 33706 has a live Check and an EFT Advice. Also included are Advice Nos. 306156 through 306736, per adopted budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (period covering July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024).
Fiscal Impact:
A total fiscal impact of $2,110,782.47 is authorized with this action. The attached report details the payments by check numbers.
Discussion:
I hereby certify that the claims or demands covered by the attached list of warrants have been audited as to the accuracy and availability of funds for payment thereof and that said claims or demands are accurate and the funds are available for payment thereof.
