Recommendation:
That the City Council and Board of Directors ratify Payroll Demand Schedule No. 4A for Payroll Period September 29, 2023, through October 13, 2023, in the amount of $2,030,923.56 covering Check Nos. 20532 and 20543 through 20571, including Vendor checks. Please note employee Check No. 20553 has a live Check and an EFT Advice.
Also included are Advice Nos. 305644 through 306155, per adopted budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (period covering July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024).
Fiscal Impact:
A total fiscal impact of $2,030,923.56 is authorized with this action. The attached report details the payments by check numbers.
Discussion:
I hereby certify that the claims or demands covered by the attached list of warrants have been audited as to the accuracy and availability of funds for payment thereof and that said claims or demands are accurate and the funds are available for payment thereof.
Please note, staff has temporarily postponed bringing to Council Payroll Demand Schedule 3C for the Pay Period of September 15, 2023, through September 29, 2023 due to technical challenges during this pay period. This Payroll Demand will be brought to Council at a later date.
