SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
Whereas, STEVEN M. ALCALA, was the original Trustor, LandAmerica Commonwealth, a California corporation, the original Trustee, and the former Victorville Redevelopment Agency, the original beneficiary, pursuant to that certain Deed of Trust executed by the original Trustors, dated March 30, 2009, and recorded on May 7, 2009, as Ins trument No. 2009-0195646 in the Official Recor ds of San Bernardino County, in the State of California (“Deed of Trust”).
Whereas, the interests of the former Victorville Redevelopment Agency, as original Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust were erroneously assigned to the Victorville Housing Trust pursuant to that certain Assignment and Assumption Agreement executed by the Successor Agency to the Victorville Redevelopment Agency and the Victorville Housi ng Trust, dated February 12, 2013 and recorded on March 12, 2013, in the Official Records as Instrument No. 2013-0102515 and subsequently reassigned to City of Victorville, a Municipal Corporation, as Successor to Housing Assets of the Victorville Redevelopment Agency pursuant to that certain Corrective Notice of Agreement of Assignment executed by the Successor Agency to the Victorville Redevelopment Agency and City of Victorville, a Municipal Corporation, as Successor to Housing Assets of the Victorville Redevelopment Agency, dated June 22, 2016 and recorded on June 27, 2016, in the Official Records as Instrument No. 2016-0252520.
Whereas, the undersigned present beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and instead of First American Title Company , a California corporation.
Now therefore, the undersigned hereby substitutes themselves as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and DOES HEREBY RECONVEY, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all right, title and interest heretofore acquired and now
held by said City of Victorville, a Municipal Corporation, as Successor to Housing Assets of the Victorville Redevelopment Agency, in and to the portion of the real property located in San Bernardino County, State of California, and described as follows: See EXHIBIT A.
