Public Works O&M Statistics for the First Quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 Recommendation:

Strategic Plan Goal:
This item aligns with Goal E of the Strategic Plan, Invest in Infrastructure. The various divisions of Public Works assist with creating a healthy and livable community by maintaining the City’s assets through investment in infrastructure and innovations.
Discussion:
The City of Victorville Public Works Department serves both residential and commercial customers, with a staff of 112 personnel between admin and field staff. Department staff will be providing quarterly updates as a means to present key departmental activities, pertinent highlights, and operational performance indicators. Staff remains available for any questions the Council may have.
