RESOLUTION NO. CHAS 24-002
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF VICTORVILLE AS THE
HOUSING SUCESSOR TO THE VICTORVILLE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AMENDING RESOLUTION CHAS
23-002, AS AMENDED, THE BUDGET RESOLUTION FOR THE
VICTORVILLE WATER DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-
2024; RELATING TO AN APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Victorville did heretofore submit to the City Council as the Housing Successor to the Victorville Redevelopment Agency at mid- year additional estimates of expenditures and revenues of the City departments and offices for the fiscal year 2023-2024; and
WHEREAS, copies of said mid-year budget adjustments at the City of Victorville as the Housing Successor to the Victorville Redevelopment Agency were prepared and distributed to the City Council, and have been available for the inspection by the public in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Victorville; and WHEREAS, the City Council did fix February 20, 2024, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 14343 Civic Drive, Victorville, California, as the time and place for holding a Public Hearing upon said budget amendment; and WHEREAS, the City Council did hold such Public Hearing at said place upon said budget and all persons desiring to be heard by the City Council at said Public Hearing on the budget amendment were heard and the City Council as the Housing Successor to the Victorville Redevelopment Agency, after due consideration, has determined that said budget amendment should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VICTORVILLE AS THE
HOUSING SUCESSOR TO THE VICTORVILLE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the increased estimates for expenditures for the City as the Housing Successor to the Victorville Redevelopment Agency at mid- year for the fiscal year 2023-2024 now in the hands of the City Clerk is hereby adopted in the amount $13,177.04.
SECTION 2. That copies of such annual budget amendments, certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed with the auditors of the City of Victorville and in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection and certified copies thereof shall be made available for use by City departments and offices of the City and its subsidiary districts.
