RESOLUTION NO. 24-031
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VICTORVILLE AMENDING
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY BY
ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF BEAR VALLEY
ROAD AND MONTE VISTA ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VICTORVILLE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Pursuant to Sections 12.40.010 of the Victorville Municipal Code, the following intersection is designated as a four-way stop controlled intersection:
INTERSECTION APPROACHES
Bear Valley Road (City of Victorville) East
Monte Vista Road (City of Victorville) South
Duncan Road (County of San Bernardino) West
Monte Vista (County of San Bernardino) North
Section 2: Pursuant to Section 12.40.030 of the Victorville Municipal Code, the Superintendent of Streets is hereby authorized and directed to erect signs and install markings as required.
Section 3: All resolutions or parts thereof heretofore passed which are in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution are hereby rescinded.
