Engineering Report for the Fourth Quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 Recommendation:
That the Honorable City Council review and file this quarterly report.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
Strategic Plan Goal:
This item aligns with “Goal E Invest in Infrastructure” in the City of Victorville Strategic Plan 2023-2026. The various divisions of the Engineering Department create a healthy and livable community by designing and constructing citywide public infrastructure through in-house Capital Improvement Projects and private development projects.
Discussion:
The City of Victorville Engineering Department serves both residential and commercial customers, with a staff of 47 personnel, who oversee the design and construction of all public improvements Citywide. Department staff are providing quarterly updates to present completed projects, projects in construction, and upcoming projects. The latest quarterly update is attached to this report (Attachment A).
Staff remains available for any questions the Council may have.
