The item is related to Strategic Plan Goal B, Public Safety, as the activity reports provide statistical information on Code Compliance Department efforts relating to community enhancement and homeless outreach efforts along with the care and control of animals.
Background:
Staff has compiled the attached Code Compliance Department Activity Report consisting of the Code Compliance Division and Animal Care and Control Division statistics for the fourth fiscal quarter of fiscal year 2023/ 2024.
Discussion:
The attached Code Compliance Department Report includes information relating to compliance efforts for the fourth quarter for FY 2023/2024, ( April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024) regarding compliance activity related to land use, public nuisances, parking, homeless outreach and clean-up efforts, animal care and control programs, field activity resident service calls and animal licensing.
