RELEASE OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
Tract Map No s. 15598-3, 15598-4, & 15598 -5
WHEREAS, the City of Victorville , hereinafter called “CITY” entered into a Subdivision Agreement with LGI Homes, LLC., hereinafter called “ DEVELOPER”, for the substitution of existing security of Tract Map No s.15598-3, 15598-4, & 15598 -5 hereinafter called “PROPERTY”; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivision Agreement imposed duties, obligations, and requirements on the City and DEVELOPER; and
WHEREAS, such performance , obligations, and requirements were recorded on, January 23, 2019, as Document No. 2019- 0022532 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino .
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration that these properties having a Subdivision Agreement against them by and between LGI Homes, LLC., and the CITY and to be in compliance with said agreement hereinabove stated, the CITY hereby releases DEVELOPER from any further duty, obligation, or requirement imposed pursuant to the above indicated document only, and the same is hereby deemed of no further form and effect and shall cease to exist as a lien, duty obligation, or cloud on the title to the following described real propert ies:

I hereby state that all performances , obligations, and requirements required by the Subdivision Agreement, herein identified, per Title 17 of the Victorville Municipal Code required for Tract Map Nos. Tract Map Nos.15598-3, 15598-4, & 15598-5 have been complied with on the hereinabove described property.
