SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF
UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING SUSPENSION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Victorville required the signing of a Utility Undergrounding Suspension Agreement by the owner or predecessor in interest of the below described property; and WHEREAS, said Utility Undergrounding Suspension Agreement imposed duties, obligations, and requirements on property owner; and
WHEREAS, such duties, obligations, and requirements were recorded on October 19th, 1999, as Document No. 19990444996 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino; and WHEREAS, property owner now is in full compliance with said Utility Undergrounding Suspension Agreement and the duties, obligations, and requirements thereunder having been fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the compliance with said agreement hereinabove stated, the City of Victorville hereby releases property owner, his heirs, assignees or successors in interest from any further duty, obligation, or requirement imposed pursuant to the above indicated document only, and the same is hereby deemed of no further form and effect and shall cease to exist as a lien, duty obligation, or cloud on the title to the following described real property:
Parcels: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 Parcel Map Number: 15357
Recorded in Book 188 of Parcel Maps, Pages 35 through 42, Inclusive, of the Records of San Bernardino County, California.
I hereby state that all Utility Improvements required by Title 17 of the Victorville Municipal Code required for Parcel Map meets the requirements of Ordinance No. 1330 Section 15.25.180.
