Recommendation:
That the City Council and Board of Directors ratify Payroll Demand Schedule No. 2C for Payroll Period August 16, 2024, through August 30, 2024, in the amount of $2,273,467.42 covering Check Nos. 34281 through 34302, including Vendor checks. Also included are Advice Nos. 318103 through 318668, per adopted budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 (period covering July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025).
Fiscal Impact:
A total fiscal impact of $2,273,467.42 is authorized with this action. The attached report details the payments by check numbers.
Discussion:
I hereby certify that the claims or demands covered by the attached list of warrants have been audited as to the accuracy and availability of funds for payment thereof and that said claims or demands are accurate and the funds are available for payment thereof.
