PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Government Code §54956, the C ity Council of the City of Victorville and the City Council sitting as the Library Board of Trustees / Southern California Logistics Airport Authority / Successor Agency to the Victorville Redevelopment Agency / Victorville Joint Powers Financing Authority / Victorville Water District and the City Housing Assets Successor has called a special meeting to discuss the following:

1. Runway 17/35 Reconstruction Phase V, Project CC24-126, Amendment One
2. Motion to Suspend the Rules in accordance with the City Council Policy and Procedure Manual, Chapter 5, Section II, Subsection M related to a failed motion from the November 19, 2024, City Council Meeting regarding the consideration of the formation of a City-Wide Community Facilities District
3. Motion to agendize the Formation of Community Facilities District No. 2024-01 to provide Municipal Services to the Regular City Council Meeting of December 17, 2024
