We are formally requesting an agreement with the City of Victorville that establishes a Development Impact Fee (DIF) credit for the required improvements on Gateway Drive. Per City Council Policy No.23-002, the center lanes of travel (38 -feet for a Major A rterial) are allowed to be credited 67% the cost of the Road DIF which is estimated to be $1,259,772.20.
Please let us know if you need any additional information to complete the DIF Credit agreement as we are hoping to begin the street improvements in the first quarter of 2025. Thank you in advance.
