SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF LIEN AGREEMENT
TRACT MAP NO. 20275
WHEREAS, the City of Victorville, hereinafter called “CITY” entered into a Lien Agreement with KB Homes Greater Los Angeles Inc., a California corporation , hereinafter called “SUBDIVIDER”, for the substitution of existing security of Tract Map No. 20275 ; and
WHEREAS, said Lien Agreement imposed duties, obligations, and requirements on the City and Subdivider; and WHEREAS, such performance, obligations, and requirements were recorded on November 9, 2022, as Document No. 2022-0369306 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino; and WHEREAS, the properties listed herein were included inadvertently as part of the properties of the Lien Agreement and are in full compliance with said Lien Agreement in terms of performances, obligations, and requirements; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these properties having a lien against them inadvertently and in compliance with said agreement hereinabove stated, the CITY hereby releases the properties from any further duty, obligation, or requirement imposed pursuant to the above indicated document only, and the same is hereby deemed of no further form and effect and shall cease to exist as a lien, duty obligation, or cloud on the title to the following described real properties:

I hereby state that all performances, obligations, and requirements required by the Lien Agreement, herein identified, per Title 17 of the Victorville Municipal Code required for Tract Map No. 20275 have been complied with, or otherwise provide for, on the hereinabove described property.
