SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF UTILITY SURETY AGREEMENT
Tract Map Nos. 15310-1 through 15310-4
WHEREAS, the City of Victorville required the signing of a Utility Surety Agreement by the owner FH II, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, DBA Frontier Communities or predecessor in interest of the below described property; and
WHEREAS, said Utility Surety Agreement imposed duties, obligations, and requirements on property owner; and
WHEREAS, such duties, obligations, and requirements were recorded on ________________, as Instrument No. _______________ in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino; and
WHEREAS, property owner now is in full compliance with said Utility Surety Agreement and the duties, obligations, and requirements thereunder having been fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the compliance with said agreement hereinabove stated, the City of Victorville hereby releases property owner, his heirs, assignees or successors in interest from any further duty, obligation, or requirement imposed pursuant to the above indicated document only, and the same is hereby deemed of no further form and effect and shall cease to exist as a lien, duty obligation, or cloud on the title to the following described real property:

I hereby state that all Utility Improvements required by Title 17 of the Victorville Municipal Code required for Tract Map Nos. 15310-1 through 15310-4 have been installed along the street frontages of the hereinabove described property.
