RESOLUTION NO. SCLAA-25-003
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA LOGISTICS AIRPORT AUTHORITY
AMENDING RESOLUTION SCLAA -24-003, AS AMENDED, THE
BUDGET RESOLUTION FOR THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
LOGISTICS AIRPORT AUTHORITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024 -2025, RELATING TO AN APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority has heretofore submitted to the Board of Directors of the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority at mid-year additional estimates of expenditures and revenues of the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority for the fiscal year 2024-2025; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority fixed February 18, 2025, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 14343 Civic Drive, Victorville, California, as the time and place for holding a Public Hearing on the proposed budget amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority held the Public Hearing at the specified time and place, and all persons desiring to be heard regarding the budget amendment were heard. After due considerations, the Board of Directors of the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority has determined that the budget amendment should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AIRPORT AUTHORITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the decreased estimates for expenditures for the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority at mid -year for the fiscal year 2024-2025, now on file with the City Clerk, are hereby adopted in the amount of $60,666.52; and that the decreased estimates for revenues for the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority are $108,960.28.
SECTION 2. Those copies of such annual budget amendments, certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed with the auditors of the City of Victorville and in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection and certified copies thereof shall be made available for use by the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority, City departments, and the offices of the City.
