RESOLUTION NO. LBT 25-001
A RESOLUTION OF THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
AMENDING RESOLUTION LBT 24 -002, AS AMENDED, THE
BUDGET RESOLUTION FOR THE VICTORVILLE LIBRARY FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025, RELATING TO AN APPROPRIATION OF
FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Library has heretofore submitted to the Library Board of Trustees a t mid -year additional estimates of the expenditures and revenues of the library for the fiscal year 2024-2025; and WHEREAS, copies of said mid -year budget adjustments at the City of Victorville were prepared and distributed to the Library Board of Trustees, and have been available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Victorville; and WHEREAS, the Library Board of Trustees fixed February 18, 2025, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 14343 Civic Drive, Victorville, California, as the time and place for holding a Public Hearing on the proposed budget amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Library Board of Trustees held the Public Hearing at the specified time and place, and all persons desiring to be heard regarding the budget amendment were heard. After due considerations, the Library Board of Trustees has determined that the budget amendment should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the increased estimates for expenditures for the library at mid- year for the fiscal year 2024-2025, now on file with the City Clerk, are hereby adopted in the amount of $22,873.10.
SECTION 2. Those copies of such annual budget amendments , certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed with the auditors of the City of Victorville and in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection and certified copies thereof shall be made available for use by City departments and offices of the City and its subsidiary districts.
