SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF
LAND DIVISION IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
Tract Map No. 17292-1
WHEREAS, the City of Victorville, hereinafter referred to as the “CITY,” entered into a Land Division Improvements Construction Agreement with Trimark Pacific-Olivine, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, hereinafter called Developer”, pursuant to the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, for the development of Tract Map No. 17292-1, hereinafter called “PROPERTY”; and
WHEREAS, said separate Land Division Improvements Construction Agreement imposed certain duties, obligations, and requirements on the CITY and DEVLOPER; and
WHEREAS, the duties, obligations, and requirements established by said Land Division Improvements Construction Agreement were recorded on March 13, 2006 , as Document No. 2006-0169404 in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County; and
WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER sold the PROPERTY to Pacific Summit-Summerfield, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company , who then sold the PROPERTY to Richmond American Homes of Maryland Inc., a Maryland Corporation, who has now executed a new Subdivision Agreement with the CITY per Victorville Municipal Code Section 17.64.050; and
WHEREAS, the new Subdivision Improvement Agreement between Richmond American Homes of Maryland Inc., a Maryland Corporation and the CITY was recorded on ,2025 as Document No. the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration that these properties having a security bonds against them by and between Richmond American Homes of Maryland Inc., a Maryland Corporation, and the CITY and to be in compliance with said agreement hereinabove stated, the CITY hereby releases DEVELOPER from any further duty, obligation, or requirement imposed pursuant to the above indicated document only, and the same is hereby deemed of no further form and effect and shall cease to exist as a lien, duty obligation, or cloud on the title to the following described real properties:

FURTHERMORE, I hereby affirm that the Land Division Improvements Construction Agreement referenced herein is being released in accordance with Title 17 of the Victorville Municipal Code, due to a change in ownership of the PROPERTY and the recordation of a new Subdivision Improvements Agreement with Richmond American Homes of Maryland, Inc., a Maryland Corporation.
