Background:
At the City Council meeting of April 1, 2025, it was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Harriman, with majority approval, to agendize an item for discussion and possible action to provide a computer lab, equipped with computers, printers, and Wi-Fi access along with extended hours of operation at Hook Community Center.
