Cancellation of the July 1, 2025, regular City Council meeting Recommendation:
Any action is at the discretion of Your Honorable City Council.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
Discussion:
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Section III B of the City Council Policy and Procedure Manual, any regular or special meeting of the Council may be cancelled in advance by a majority vote of the Council during a prior meeting of the Council. Due to the close proximity to the July 4th holiday, staff taking vacations after the budget adoption, and being that there are currently no business items scheduled for this meeting, staff recommends cancellation of the July 1, 2025, meeting. However, any action is at the discretion of Your Honorable City Council.
