The item is related to Strategic Plan Goal B, Public Safety, as the activity reports provide statistical information on Code Compliance Department efforts relating to community enhancement and homeless outreach efforts along with the care of animals.
Background:
Staff has compiled the attached Code Compliance Department Activity Report consisting of the Code Compliance Division and Animal Services Division statistics for the fourth fiscal quarter of Fiscal Year 2024/ 2025.
Discussion:
The attached Code Compliance Department Report includes information relating to compliance efforts for the fourth quarter for FY 2024/2025, (April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025) regarding compliance activities related to land use, public nuisances, parking, homeless outreach and clean-up efforts, animal services programs, field activity, resident service calls, and animal care and licensing.
