Strategic Plan Goal:
This item aligns with “Goal E Invest in Infrastructure” in the City of Victorville Strategic Plan 2023-2026. The effective management of pavement rehabilitation projects and the effective management of the operations and maintenance of the City's roads results in the investment of infrastructure and is a part of implementing the City's Capital Improvement Program.
Background:
City staff utilize and manage a pavement management program to identify needs, prioritize, and to budget for pavement reconstruction, rehabilitation, and preservation projects.
Discussion:
A presentation (attached) will be given regarding the City's system of pavement management for the City's roads.
