QUESTION: Do you have a recommended timeframe for completing the project? For example, if the goal is to have the 50 individuals and 7 families out of the encampments within 12 months, and then stabilized within 24 months, is that acceptable?

ANSWER: The goal of th is program is to transition 50 individuals and 7 families into permanent housing within 12 months . Moreover, the grant period for the City’s ERF-3 project ends June 30, 2027, so the City anticipates any/all deliverables, including stabilization services to occur within this timeframe.
