Notice of Completion – City Hall Security Camera Expansion, Project CC25-022 Recommendation:
That the Honorable City Council accept as complete and approve the Notice of Completion for the City Hall Security Camera Expansion, Project CC25-022, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Notice of Completion.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this item. The project was approved in the 2024- 2025 Annual Budget and funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), Account No. 277-20110-81018. Five percent (5%) retention, totaling $15,705.36, was withheld from progress payments. Sufficient appropriations exist; no additional funding is required.

Background:
On November 19, 2024, the City Council unanimously approved a construction agreement with Veterans Communication Services, Inc. in the amount of $314,107.03 for the Installation of Security Cameras at City Hall, Project CC25-022. There were no change orders during the course of construction.
Discussion:
The City Hall Security Camera Expansion, Project CC25-022, included the installation of twenty-three (23) new security cameras throughout City Hall. The project was completed on October 1, 2025, within the terms of the agreement and to the satisfaction of staff.
Therefore, staff are requesting approval and filing of the Notice of Completion 4 3

(Attachment A). Upon approval, staff will release the $15,705.36 retention to Veterans Communication Services.
