Recommendation:
That the Honorable City Council review and file the attached Quarterly Report.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
Strategic Plan Goal:
This item aligns with Strategic Goal's E – Invest in Infrastructure, by modernizing existing systems and strengthening infrastructure to increase service levels and communication both internally and externally, and with Strategic Goal F - Communication and Outreach, by building a strong connection with community partners, residents, and employees.
Background:
Staff has compiled the attached Information Technology Department Quarterly Report for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2026.
Discussion:
The Information Technology Department staff will be providing quarterly updates as a means to present key departmental activities, highlights, and operation performance indicators. Staff remain available for any questions the Council may have.
