WHEREAS,Principal is presently engaged in subdividing certain lands to beknown as Tract Map/Parcel Map/Case No. Tract Map No. 17090 located at_La Mesa Road& Mesa View Drive in the City of Victorville; and, WHEREAS,Principal and City have entered into a Subdivision ImprovementAgreement and recorded with the San Bernardino County Recorder per DocumentNo. .(hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) wherebyPrincipal agrees to install durable Survey monuments for said subdivision, which saidAgreement, dated , 20 , and identified as TractMap/Parcel Map/Case No. _Tract Map No. 17090 , is hereby referred to andmade a part hereof; and,
WHEREAS,Principal desires to not install durable survey monuments prior tothe recordation of the final map of the subdivision and desires to install sameat a laterdate, NOW, THEREFORE,the condition of the above obligation is thatif Principal shallhave installed durable monuments of the survey byHunsaker & AssociatesIrvine, Inc. (Name of Licensed Civil Engineer orLand Surveyor) in accordance with the final map of said subdivision, a copy of whichsaid map is hereby made and sameis incorporated herein as though setforth in full,and according to the ordinances of the City of Victorville in full force and effect at thetime of the giving of this bond, on or before the expiration ofthirty (30) consecutive daysfollowing completion and acceptance of public improvements within said subdivision asspecified in said Agreement, then the obligation shall be void, otherwise to be andremainin full force and effect.
