Background:
At the City Council meeting of December 2, 2025, it was moved by Mayor Becerra with unanimous approval, to agendize and item for discussion and possible action to discuss a support letter from the City Council for the Barstow International Gateway Development with BNSF.
Discussion:
This item is being presented to Council so that Council can receive a presentation regarding this project and further discuss providing a support letter for the Barstow International Gateway Development with BNSF.
