Requested Statement from Aviat Networks
Dear Mr. Betts:
As requested, information concerning Aviat Networks’ WTM4000 digital microwave radios equipment is as follows:
1. The WTM4000 (11, 18 and 80 GHz) Microwave Radio s offered to the City of Victorville employs hardware and software technology that are proprietary to Aviat Networks and are not available through any other vendor.
2. Aviat Networks does not have agreements with, license, or allow resale of this proprietary technology to or through other American vendors.
3. Petroleum Telcom, Inc dba Telcom, Inc . will be the sole authorized reseller of the Aviat WMT4000 radios for the City of Victorville, CA.
