The undersigned declares that the locations of the proposed work, the plans, specifications, and contract documents have been carefully examined; and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the work, including the availability of materials and labor, the undersigned hereby proposes to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, to complete all the work.
All applicable taxes and discounts should be included. All of the aforementioned shall be done in accordance with said plans, specifications, and contract documents for the price set forth in the following schedule.
