Elections Code Section 10403 allows the City to file a resolution with the County of San Bernardino requesting consolidation of the Municipal Election and all related election services with the County Election Department. Therefore, staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 26-040 for the holding of a General Municipal Election and Resolution No. 26-041 for the consolidation of the General Municipal Election.
