RELEASE OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
Tract Map No. 16720
WHEREAS, the City of Victorville, hereinafter referred to as "CITY" entered into a Subdivision Agreement with Victorville 115 L ots, LP, a California Limited Partnership, hereinafter referred to as "DEVELOPER", for the construction of public improvements for Tract Map No. 16720 hereinafter referred to as "PROPERTY"; and WHEREAS, said Subdivision Agreement imposed duties, obligations, and requirements on the City and DEVELOPER; and WHEREAS, said duties, obligations, and requirements were recorded on August 12, 2020, as Document No. 2020-0281190 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the performance and completion of all obligations required under the Subdivision Improvement Agreement by and between the CITY and DEVELOPER, and in compliance with the terms of said agreement, the CITY hereby releases DEVELOPER from any further duty, obligation, or requirement imposed pursuant to the above-referenced document Said document shall be deemed to be of no further force or effect and shall cease to exist as a lien duty, obligation, or cloud upon title to the following described real property:

I hereby state that all performances, obligations, and requirements required by the Subdivision Agreement, herein identified, p ursuant to Title 17 of the Victorville Municipal Code required for Tract Map No. 16720, have been satisfied for the hereinabove described property.
