Services Agreement for the
City Attorney
1 FIRST AMENDMENT
TO
LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This First Amendment to Legal Services Agreement (“First Amendment”) is entered into this ___ day of June 2026, by and between The City Of Victorville, a municipal corporation (“City”) and AdB Law Offices, Inc. (“Firm”), a California corporation, with respect to that certain Legal Services Agreement, by and between City and the Green de Bortnowsky LLP, the Firm’s predecessor firm, dated February 19, 2025 (“Original Agreement”).
RECITALS
The following recitals are a substantive part of this Agreement:
1. The City and Green de Bortnowsky LLP, (“GdB”) previously entered into that certain legal services agreement dated February 19, 2025.
2. Due to the retirement of Charles R . Green, a former partner in GdB, a restructuring of the firm was required whereby the Firm will now be established as a California corporation under the name of AdB Law Offices, Inc.
AGREEMENT
THE PARTIES MUTUALLY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Name Change.
A. The Firm of Green de Bortnowsky LLP will dissolve on June 30, 2026, and will be established as AdB Law Offices, Inc.
B. Therefore, the following Amendment is hereby made to the Original Agreement:
2 Wherever the name “Green de Bortnowsky LLP” appears in the Original Agreement, the name “AdB Law Offices, Inc” will be substituted.
Section 2. Except as otherwise herein amended all of the terms of the original Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
