RELEASE OF LIEN
SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT WITH LIEN AGREEMENT FOR
TRACT MAP NOS. 16894-1 AND 16894-2
WHEREAS, the City of Victorville, hereinafter called “CITY” entered into a Subdivision Agreement with Mojave Onyx Development Company, LLC, hereinafter called “DEVELOPER”, for the development of Tract Map Nos 16894-1 AND 16894-2, hereinafter collectively called “PROPERTY”; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivision Agreement imposed duties, obligations, and requirements on the City and DEVELOPER; and
WHEREAS, such Subdivision Agreement was recorded on April 14, 2021, as Document No. 2021-0172166 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino: and
WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER sold the PROPERTY to Victorville 142 L.P., who has now executed a new Subdivision Improvement Agreement with the CITY per Victorville Municipal Code Section 17.64.050; and
WHEREAS, the new Subdivision Improvement Agreement between Victorville 142 L.P., and the CITY was recorded on July 23, 2025, as Document No. 2025-0174976 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino.
NOW, THEREFORE , in consideration of the change in ownership of the PROPERTY and recordation of the new Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Victorville 142 L.P., as hereinabove stated, the CITY hereby releases DEVELOPER and its heirs, assignees, or successors in interest from any further duty, obligation, or requirement imposed pursuant to the above indicated Document No. 2021-0172166 and the same are hereby deemed of no further force and effect and shall cease to exist as a lien, duty, obligation, or cloud on the title to the PROPERTY described as follows:

I hereby state that the Subdivision Agreement herein identified are being released in accordance with Title 17 of the Victorville Municipal Code due to a change in ownership of the PROPERTY and recordation of a new Subdivision Improvement Agreement with Victorville 142 L.P.,
