Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Rush’s entire liability, under the Services Warranty is the repair of any nonconforming portion of the Services. RUSH PROVIDES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING ITS SERVICES. The Services Warranty is strictly limited to Services performed by Rush for customer. Rush does not warrant any services provided by any third-party. Any warranties are solely those that are provided by the third-party service provider.
