Owner and Holder of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust dated November 28, 2022 executed by Reginaldo Duarte and Ch rystina Duarte , as original Trustor and the City of Victorville , as original Trustee: and City of Victorville , a Municipal Corporation, as original Beneficiary; which Deed of Trust recorded December 07, 2023, as Instrument No. 2023-0302685 of the Official Records of San Bernardino County, in the State of California; and
The UNDERSIGNED being the present legal owner and holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust regarding 15688 Tokay Street, Victorville, CA, 9239 5 in the County of San Bernardino and the State of California, and more particularly described in “EXHIBIT A” (attached) , hereby substitutes themselves as Trustee in lieu of above named Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
The UNDERSIGNED hereby accepts said appointments as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and as Successor Trustee pursuant to request of said Owner and Holder and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust does HEREBY RECONVEY WITHOUT WARRANTY TO THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO all estate now held by him/her/them as Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
