Payroll Demand Schedule No. 12B
Recommendation:
That the City Council and Board of Directors ratify Payroll Demand Schedule No. 12B for the payroll period of June 5, 2026, through June 19, 2026, in total amount of $2,897,553.05. This total includes:
Employee Check Nos. 34920 through 34928 in the amount of $6,410.92. Vendor Check Nos. 34929 through 34935 in the amount of $1,890.85. Advice Nos. 344557, 345157 through 345761 in the amount of $1,853,036.36; and Vendor Electronic Payments totaling $1,036,214.92.
All expenditures are consistent with the adopted Fiscal Year 2025–2026 Budget (covering July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026).
Fiscal Impact:
A total fiscal impact of $2,897,553.05 is authorized with this action. The attached report details all payment types including employee checks, vendor checks, advices, and electronic payments.
Discussion:
I hereby certify that the claims or demands covered by the attached list of warrants have been audited as to the accuracy and availability of funds for payment thereof and that said claims or demands are accurate and the funds are available for payment thereof.
