Electrical Service Line Extension Installation Proposal.
One-Million-Gallon Reclaimed Water Tank Electrical Service Line Extension.
Project Scope Summary:
VMUS will be installing a new electrical service line extension from a distribution system connection point at the corner of Innovation & and Nevada street, through a section of the old Airforce base housing at SCLA to Water Department One-Million-Gallon Reclaimed Water Tank project site. This project will require demolition of two abandoned housing structures and grading of a 10ft wide new Utility Easement, along the South side of the Proposed future Innovation Way Right of Way, that will be overseen by Water/Engineering, with the cost for demolition & grading included in the electrical service line extension.
VMUS will furnish a set of Issued for construction set of plans for the service line extension, purchase and install all conduit, substructures, cable, switches, transformers and transformer pads, metering equipment, pull all cable and wire, make connection from the VMUS distribution system point of interconnection into the Water Department Installed project switchgear. All components associated in the electrical service extension will be purchased by VMUS with funds provided from the Water Departments over all tank project costs. Longer lead time pieces of equipment can be pulled from VMUS inventory and utilized for the service installation, equipment will be purchased and replaced in VMUS inventory when received.
