RESOLUTION NO. SCLAA 26-006
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
LOGISTICS AIRPORT AUTHORITY AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027
WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority (“SCLAA”) did heretofore submit to the Board of Directors an estimate of the expenditures and revenues of the City departments and offices, together with a proposed budget for the fiscal year 2026-2027; and
WHEREAS, copies of said budget were prepared and distributed to the SCLAA Board of Directors, approved by the SCLAA Board of Directors prior to June 30, 2026, and have been available for the inspection by the public in the office of the Authority Secretary of the SCLAA; and
WHEREAS, after preparation of the budget, a need to amend the budget is being recommended to the SCLAA Board of Directors for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Di rector or his designee will provide all necessary justification for the budget a mendment as an attachment to this resolution or in the associated SCLAA agenda report.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA LOGISTICS AIRPORT AUTHORITY HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the annual budget for the fiscal year 2026-2027 for the SCLAA be hereby amended to reflect a change in the amounts and associated accounts listed below and as described in the corresponding Agenda Item.

SECTION 2. That copies of such amended budget, certified by the Authority Secretary, shall be filed with the auditors of the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority and in the office of the Authority Secretary for public inspection and certified copies thereof shall be made available for use by SCLAA, City departments, offices and subsidiary districts of the City.
