SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF
LAND DIVISION IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Victorville required the signing of a Land Division Improvement Construction Agreement by the developer AGC FLAT GLASS NORTH AMERICA,. INC, FORMERLY AFG INDUSTRIES, INC. A DELAWARE CORPORATION owner or predecessor in interest of the below described property; and WHEREAS, said Land Division Improvement Construction Agreement imposed duties, obligations, and requirements on property owner; and
WHEREAS, such duties, obligations, and requirements were recorded on August 3, 2016, as Document No. 2016- 0311949 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino; and WHEREAS, property owner now is in full compliance with said Land Division Improvement Construction Agreement and the duties, obligations, and requirements thereunder having been fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the compliance with said agreement hereinabove stated, the City of Victorville hereby releases property owner, his heirs, assignees or successors in interest from any further duty, obligation, or requirement imposed pursuant to the above indicated document only, and the same is hereby deemed of no further form and effect and shall cease to exist as a lien, duty obligation, or cloud on the title to the following described real property:

Recorded in Book 246 of Parcel Maps, Pages 59 and 60, Inclusive, of the Records of San Bernardino County, California.
I hereby state that all Public Improvements required by Title 17 of the Victorville Municipal Code required for Parcel Map No. 19696 have been completed and meet the requirements of Land Division Improvement Construction Agreement recorded on August 3, 2016, as Document No. 2016-0311949 in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino. _________________________
